How to Apply Press-On Nails Like a Pro
Method 1:
Using Nail Glue (For a Strong, Long-Lasting Hold)
1. Prep: Gently buff your natural nails to create a rough surface for better grip.
2. Clean: Wipe each nail with an alcohol pad to remove all dust and oil.
3. Apply Glue: Spread a moderate, even layer of glue over two-thirds of your nail.
4. Press & Hold: Firmly press the fake nail on from the cuticle to the tip. Hold for 60 seconds.
Method 2:
Using Adhesive Tabs (For a Temporary, Damage-Free Hold)
1. Prep: Lightly buff your nails and wipe away the dust.
2. Clean: Use an alcohol pad to ensure your nails are completely clean.
3. Apply Tab:Press an adhesive tab firmly onto your natural nail.
4. Attach Nail: Peel the film off the press-on, align it, and press down firmly for 30 seconds.
Method 3:
Using Tabs & Glue Together (The Ultimate Hold)
1. Prep & Clean: Follow steps 1 and 2 from above.
2. Apply Tab: Place an adhesive tab on your nail.
3. Add Glue: Put a small drop of nail glue on top of the tab.
4. Attach Nail: Press the fake nail into place and hold firmly for 30-60 seconds.
HOW TO REMOVE PRESS-ON NAILS
1. Soak nails in warm soapy water for 10–15 minutes to soften the adhesive.
2. Gently lift the nail edges with a cuticle stick. Do not pull or force them off.
3. Wipe off leftover glue with nail polish remover.
4. Apply cuticle oil to moisturize your natural nails.
5. Clean and store your press-on nails for reuse.
